Collaboration Between Özyeğin University and PEAKUP

Özyeğin University Industrial Design Students Reach New Heights of Creativity in Partnership with PEAKUP

Fourth-year Industrial Design students at Özyeğin University delivered a true design feast through a collaborative project with PEAKUP, conducted as part of Dr. Zeynep Karapars’s studio course. Created to empower their career paths after graduation, this project pushed the boundaries of the students’ creativity to a whole new level.

The students involved in the project not only demonstrated their design skills but also stood out with a visionary approach that reflects the future trends in design. The resulting works combine aesthetics with functionality, offering a visually stunning experience for viewers.

The PEAKUP jury carefully evaluated the project outcomes and praised the students for their remarkable design talents and innovation. Special emphasis was placed not only on their product design capabilities but also on the fresh and impactful perspectives they brought to the design world.

The standout projects highlighted the students’ technical proficiency alongside their strong aesthetic sense. The PEAKUP team congratulated the future design leaders, motivated by the positive feedback given on their work.

Özyeğin University’s Industrial Design Department continues to encourage students to gain real-world experience through such inspiring collaborations. We believe this project will not only highlight the students’ academic achievements but also help them leave a lasting mark on the industry with their creativity and vision.

PEAKUP Accepted into the E-Turquality Program!

The E-Turquality Program (Stars of IT) is designed to develop Turkey’s IT sector and its sub-industries, promote innovation, and support the creation of regional and global unicorns capable of competing in international markets. Tailored specifically for the IT sector, this program introduces new support elements aimed at fostering high value-added companies across all IT and related industries.

Key highlights of the program include:

  • Shifting focus from branding alone to a service/product support model centered on the IT sector.

  • Revisiting company inclusion and pre-assessment criteria to align with the unique dynamics of the IT industry.

  • Requiring companies to strengthen their corporate capacities and expand abroad through annual strategic business plans, with related service procurement included in the support scope.

  • Implementing an annual monitoring and evaluation system to ensure the effective and efficient use of supports.

PEAKUP proudly became the 15th company to be accepted into this prestigious program.

As of April 26, 2023, PEAKUP is a corporate member of the Ethics and Reputation Association – TEİD.

Founded in 2010, TEİD has over 200 corporate members and aims to make business ethics principles a fundamental part of organizational cultures. Within this vision, the association actively provides valuable content on various topics, organizes events that foster knowledge sharing and best practices among professionals, offers certification programs for Ethics and Compliance officers, and delivers tailored training based on organizational needs. Additionally, TEİD supports and guides institutions and associations in defining ethical standards that suit their industries while encompassing all stakeholders.
