Quality is one of the fundamental building blocks of sustainable growth and a strong corporate culture. In today’s changing business world, it is important for organizations not only to respond to today’s needs, but also to continuously improve the way they work, learn from experience, and make the value they create sustainable.

The Turkish Quality Association (KalDer), which works to spread a culture of quality and excellence in Turkey, brings together organizations from different sectors around this approach. Operating since 1991, KalDer contributes to the development journeys of organizations through its work supporting the exchange of knowledge and experience.

With this new step, we have joined KalDer as a member. We see this membership as a valuable step that strengthens our continuous improvement approach, supports our sustainable value creation goals, and carries our corporate culture forward.

Following the completion of the membership process, KalDer Secretary General Sabri Bülbül and the KalDer Team visited our office to present our membership certificate. During the meeting, we exchanged views on quality culture, corporate development, and the value that can be created together in the coming period.

We see quality not merely as a standard, but as part of a continuously evolving corporate culture. We look forward to sharing new experiences under KalDer, learning from different organizations, and creating value together.
