Save objects as pictures in Excel and Word
Shapes, icons, pictures, oh my! Now you can save objects in Word and Excel quickly and easily through the right click menu.

Redesigned Comments pane
The Comments pane opens by default if your document contains any comments and gives you a convenient place to work with them, whether you are viewing, responding, or resolving. Add a new comment by selecting text and using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Alt+M. Use the Post button when you’re ready to share your feedback or the Cancel reply button when the feedback no longer applies.

New feature
Drag email to a group you own
As a group owner, you can now share past conversations with the group. Drag and drop messages and conversations from your inbox into your group. Use Ctrl+Drag to leave a copy in your inbox.

Read and reply to comments in Excel from Outlook Notifications while working
Prioritize @mention notifications for Excel with notifications that tell you more! You can now view the description and the context in which it appears, or even reply directly from the body of your email notification.

New feature
Advanced group email settings
Are you part of too many groups to count? Customize which emails or events to receive or follow in your inbox. In group settings you can select to receive all mail and events, only replies to you, replies and events sent to you, or to keep them out of your inbox altogether.

Groups Naming policy
A group naming policy enables the IT admin to standardize and manage the names of groups created by users in the organization. The admin can require a specific prefix and suffix be added to the name for a group when it’s created, and can block specific words from being used. This helps minimize the use of inappropriate words in group names as well as IT manage the representation of groups in their directory. Naming Policy also helps organizations that deploy team sites to categorize them based on department.

Now you can switch between multiple panes using a tab UI on the right hand side of the app. The UI will only be visible when you have 2+ panes open.
