The Microsoft AI Legal Summit, hosted by Microsoft Türkiye on June 9 at Raffles Istanbul, brought together nearly 200 legal professionals to explore the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on legal and compliance functions.

Throughout the event, it was emphasized that AI is no longer a theoretical discussion topic within the legal field, but a tangible force reshaping how organizations operate. Key themes such as regulatory compliance, building trust in AI, and sustainable value creation emerged as central topics across the sessions.

In the panel featuring PEAKUP Legal and Compliance Director Demet Ceylan Demircan, important insights were shared on how trust can be established in AI initiatives, how organizations can adapt to rapidly evolving regulatory environments, and how technology should be positioned to deliver long-term, sustainable value.
