As PEAKUP, we are proud to serve as the technology and training partner in Eczacıbaşı Group’s comprehensive artificial intelligence transformation program, designed to redefine ways of working from end to end.
Within the scope of the IT Upskilling training program, which supports Eczacıbaşı information technology employees in positioning artificial intelligence as a strategic business partner, the learning journey designed by PEAKUP offered a broad framework ranging from sessions that strengthen enterprise-wide AI adoption to use cases that improve productivity and accelerate decision-making processes. Supported by more than 360 hours of training across 45 sessions, the program explored how artificial intelligence can create value in business processes through examples tailored to Eczacıbaşı’s different lines of business.
In the advanced modules, the program focused on designing AI agents tailored to specific business units, integrating these agents into processes, and establishing a secure and sustainable structure through a strong governance framework. In this way, it supported Eczacıbaşı Group’s progress toward an organizational model that not only uses artificial intelligence, but also strategically manages its own AI assets.
At the opening session of the transformation program, launched with strong executive-level ownership, Eczacıbaşı Group CIO Hilmi Koçak and CHRO Evrim Bayam discussed the strategic importance of artificial intelligence for the Group through the lenses of employee experience, productivity, and innovation. PEAKUP CSO KadirCan Toprakçı shared with participants an adoption roadmap that combines Eczacıbaşı’s strong position across different industries with new AI-driven value areas. The opening session, attended by more than 120 participants, demonstrated the high level of organizational ownership and strategic importance placed on the transformation.
With the program that started in April and was completed in July, an important step was taken toward strengthening the AI literacy of Eczacıbaşı information technology employees, expanding the use of agent-based automations in business processes, and building an AI ecosystem with clearly defined governance.
