AI Reshapes the Workplace as Culture Becomes the Key to Transformation

TABLE OF CONTENTS

At our HR Digitalization & Workplace AI Transformation event held on June 3, we discussed how artificial intelligence is becoming not only a technology investment, but also a strategic capability that reshapes decision-making processes, collaboration models, and workplace culture.

In the event, where HR and IT teams came together around shared goals, we evaluated next-generation working models and emphasized that successful transformation is possible not only by choosing the right technologies, but also by making them an integral part of organizational culture.

Throughout the event, we shared Microsoft Copilot use cases for human resources and talent management teams, while also bringing participants the latest innovations announced at Microsoft Build. We focused on topics such as AI agents used in human resources, the contribution of Microsoft Fabric to data and analytics processes, KPI tracking, and integrated reporting approaches, highlighting the value AI-powered working models can offer organizations.

While evaluating Velocity’s next-generation platform approach, where people and AI agents work together, we also explained how HR teams can design agents tailored to their own organizational structures with Copilot Studio. In this way, we highlighted that AI is not only a tool that increases productivity, but also a strategic capability area that accelerates transformation across the organization.

AI Transformation Becomes Possible Through Cultural Change

Another key topic at our event was that technology alone is not enough to define transformation. Lasting success becomes possible when technological capabilities turn into sustainable ways of working adopted across the organization and supported by a strong company culture. In this context, we evaluated together how organizations can prepare for the working models of the future.

We thank all participants who enriched this gathering with their valuable contributions, as well as our business partner Microsoft.

As PEAKUP, we will continue sharing the knowledge and experience organizations need in their artificial intelligence and digital transformation journeys, and shaping the working models of the future together.
